Today, Palmetto GBA updated their list of approved HIPAA 5010 vendors and Axxess was finally added to the list.

Axxess has been approved for HIPAA 5010 submission since late last year, but Palmetto GBA did not update their list accordingly. We have been persistent in requesting that the list be updated promptly because of concerns from some of our customers. As far as Axxess is concerned, Palmetto does not update that list frequently enough.
